Basic Terms

By interacting with the bot you agree that you have read and agree to all terms listed here.

Both the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use may change at any time and the updated terms and policies will be immediate effect.

Data Retention Information

No data is stored without explicitly engaging bot functionality, which is taken as agreement to all terms on this page.

All data is held in various forms with most data being between a PostgresSQL database and raw binary files for small more transient things such as reminders.

All other data is only held in a transient form such as in memory as required for operation of the bot.

Publicly exposed data such as Discord Display Names, Discord User IDs, Discord Message IDs is gathered in servers where the bot is present.

While all servers holding data are protected and only accessible to the bot developer no guarantees are given about data security, privacy or integrity.

The developer takes no liability for anything resulting from interactions with the bot.

User Rights

Data is available on formal request made to the developer directly on Discord and will be delivered within a month of the formal request being made.

All users may request deletion of any relevant held data, continuing to interact with the bot after a deletion request may create new data and be taken as agreement for it to be stored as previously mentioned.

Should you not wish to agree to terms you you may remove the any relevant bots from your server or leave any servers containing the bot.

All users are assumed to be of an age to legally consent to the terms on this page. If this is not the case please formally inform the developer to ensure immediate deletion of any held data.
